Is there a "best" time to get hired in Costa Rica? Is there a hiring cycle?
I am CELTA certified and have been teaching ESL in the States, but I really want to teach in CR.
Thanks! |

Early January and late August are the best times, though it is pretty much year round if you're looking at language schools. |

If one were to just go down to CR (I took my TESOL training there) and look for work, what is required at this point in terms of documentation? I would be carrying all of my original documents, degree, birth certificate, TESOL cert and obviously a passport. What has to be done document wise from CR if you're offered a ft job with a work visa?
Thanks for any updated info!!! |
