Avoid the Swara Group of EF Schools wherever they may be in Indonesia. To make a long story short, I believe the owners mothers were not married to their fathers. It's exploitation city, split shifts, six-days a week in small rooms, no rest for the weary, low pay and overcharged for Swara owned housing. (You pay the utilities).

Then again, if you've got no qualifications or experience (like many of their teachers) you can't really expect much more. I know several of their past and present teachers and the general consensus is that it's somewhere to get a bit of experience before moving on, although, as is well-documented elsewhere, the moving on part is becoming more and more difficult due to tighter regulations.

I liked EF Pamulang. I havent been there in over 4 years, but the staff, both local and foreign, were great. I still talk to some of them to this day.

The pay sucks, but are you really in Indo for money?
