5th annual alebrije parade tomorrow in DF, starting from the Zocalo at noon and parading down to the Angel. This is one of my favorites...

Me too! This year's was the biggest yet, with over 250 alebrijes parading through town, along with marching bands and jugglers and people in zany costumes on those impossibly tall stilts called zancos. If you missed it, the alebrijes will be on display along Reforma from El ngel to La Diana from today till November 6.

Stella really enjoyed the parade...we parked ourselves on Reforma near the angel to watch them go by.

Glad to hear that she's getting old enough to appreciate alebrijes. Did she want to take any of them home with her? Very Happy
