|
|
I've been working at Langrow School in Lima for a couple of months and they're not paying me. Every time I go to the office they fob me off with an excuse and tell me to come back in 3 days. The same thing is also happening to one of my colleagues there and she also tells me that they have a reputation for doing this.
Has anybody else experienced problems with this "school"? I'm guessing that this behavior is quite common in Per.
BTW As you can probably guess, I do not recommend working at Langrow. Aside from the no pay policy they send you all over Lima (with no travel expenses) and have a ridiculous time-wasting compulsory training program. That said, my students are nice and my lessons are normally interesting so not ALL bad but still not worth the hassle. |

Won't be the first time. langrow doesn't exactly have a good rep. They promise visas, but send you to dangerous areas and don't pay.
It's not that common in Peru, most places pay, Langrow just isn't one of them. |
