I've pretty much decided on heading out to Colombia early next year after I finish up here in Korea. I'm pretty excited about it, but who wouldn't be?
Anyway, are there any websites or resource where one can learn more about Colombian life in general? Like the culture, the food etc? I haven't been there before so I don't really know much about the country.
Actually, I've tried surfing through the old poorbuthappy forums but every time I try to go on the website it never load and I'm forced to use Google's cache for some reason. I'm wondering if anyone else has the same problem? |

listening to Silvestre Dangond and Diomedes Diaz will teach you everything you ever wanted to learn about Colombian culture (and a lot of the things you never wanted to know). Start getting into vallenato music and you'll be more than prepared for colombia.
poorbuthappy stopped running a little while back...looks like the main site still works, but the archives are no longer available. |
