Hi all

I'm currently in China and I am doing IELTS speaking examining a few times a month. However, I'll be leaving my current position with a university and I am considering just doing IELTS examining, training for IELTS writing examining as well, and not working for a school or university.

If anyone out there is doing this, can you tell me if there are any visa issues related to this? Also, would it be better to be based in Beijing or Guangzhou? If you could PM me, that would be great.

Cheers

All the adverts I've seen state that you have to already have a resident visa and that they will not help with visas. I'll PM you as well with this info.

Keep in mind it is dead boring, soul destroying work.

Pays well, but you'll want to jump off a tall building after a weekend of examining.

But like I said, good cashitos - tax free.

This is good to keep in mind. Many thanks for the heads up.
