| Can anyone tell me the reason why it seems teachers at ELI get different pay? I have read some of the posts from the past. Does this still occur? If so, can someone tell me how the pay is determined? Are there guidelines that they truly follow related to level of education and/or years of teaching? And what are they? Does the application ask how much money the instructor desires and if so, does that at all play a role in the amount of pay that he will receive? Or is that simply to get a better idea of the teacher's expectations and totally meaningless in determining pay. Please feel free to PM me and thanks in advance. |
