Anyone had experience of working in the oil compounds of say BP or Shell in Iraq or Saudi. Really kind of curious. Curious to have an idea before exploring further.

You want to explore for more oil? Or what?

I used to work on top of one in Saudi.

Most oil industry language training in KSA happens in the urban centres. Ihad a pretty awful time working for SAMAREC (aka PETROMIN) through a contractor.

Stick to unis or military contracts. Days of hire direct with ARAMCO are HISTORY !

Someone was just recently converted and there have been two four direct hires in the past year at one of the training centers in Saudi Arabia.

Forcible conversions at gunpoint Huh ? Did they have to to submit to circumcision ? I think you should inform Amnesty International. Or learn to phrase your posts a bit better.
