Besides Dave's itself, of course, are there any websites that are particularly good for finding listings of positions that require a master's degree as a minimum for consideration? I have a double master's in education and English, almost twenty years teaching experience in English, history, social sciences, and philosophy, four years international experience, three at a university-based prepa in Mexico. I want to restrict my search efforts to positions for which I am an apt candidate, rather than an "overqualified" one. (Online teaching is also of potential interest.)

Are there any websites, again besides Dave's, where posting a candidate resume might actually generate inquiries?

Or have you found it's simply best to scan the websites of the top universities and prepas themselves for relevant openings, rather than relying on any intermediary websites?

(My reasons for looking now: The Tec de Monterrey, where I'll complete my third and final year in July, has become difficult to bear for reasons I've outlined in earlier threads; and after three years I badly want to get out of Culiacan, which is a terribly boring place for an expat to live.)

Would Saltillo, Durango, or Mexico City fit your bill? Several international schools in those areas are looking for people with your background.

Absolutely! I am very open as to location. Culiacan is not hard to beat. It's not as dangerous as people think, just kind of dreary.
