Leicester University offers several MBAs which need attendance at a center for lectures on week ends. Their degree is "the same" as the one taken on a residential basic. No difference between. I understand that several others have the same offerings, but I have no acquaintances taking courses, except through LE. |

Just reading over the MOHESR information on the recommended standards for educational insitutions and programs and came across a question asking about whether the degree was obtained in a "traditional classroom setting," (ie. not via distance education).
Is this just the MOHESR, or do emplyers throughout the UAE not recognize distance degrees? BTW, I am interested in a large, red brick, UK uni program, which has an identical on-campus program. |
