Delta is at the same level as an MA, but that does not make it the same as an MA. Even in the UK. |

Are you saying that there are teachers that don't know the difference between the CELTA and the TOEFL test for non-native speakers in the US?
WOW...
Can't imagine being quite that clueless about one's own 'profession.' But, anything is possible I guess. Actually I am not sure about how long a particular TOEFL test score is accepted. I would have thought that was up to the institution. Maybe the two year time limit is from ETS and their doing an official report.
But... again we digress...
