Which is best to work for and why?
Has anyone worked for both? Anyone know people personally who worked for them?
I would appreciate your sincere comments.
thanks,

Brazil is a nice country!

Teaching at a university in China is a more steady paycheck.

Any one who has worked in TW for awhile knows people who work in them as there are so many of these two chains.

They are a good place to work at if one has not taught before. However, no one knows your experience or education so no helpful answer can be given.

One can be better than the other depending on the director of the school.

Your question is like, 'What is the best McDonald's to work at in Moscow?'

It really cannot be answered as not enough information is known about what you are bringing to the table.

Somebody mentioned Happy Marian. I worked at HM for a lady who was so nice but ran the worst school. We got along great but I quit in a mess as parents were in the school while I was teaching a brand new mixed level class. This went on for a while. It was a disaster.

My roommate has been with a HM for 8 years. First 4 were good, next two years were horrible, and now it's good again.

My non-chain school was a stable job and I'd still be there if I hadn't moved up and out.
