I am missing Mexico... so I find myself on this message board today!
While living in Mexico I found heath care to be hit or miss. The doctors we had on campus were lame. Once I took my daughter in to check and make sure she did not have an ear infection (I had also given her pepto that morning for her tummy) and noticed while I was there her tounge was black. I freaked out as he explained that the "poisions from her body were leaching out of her tounge and turning it black". I turned to google and found that the pepto was the cause and then decided to treat her for an ear infection myself since I had the antibiotics from the US anyway.
Outside the school it seemed like you got what you paid for! At least, that was my experience anyway |
