I interviewed with John Barrie in December 2001. In a word, he's awesome. Set me up right where I wanted to be and helped me out tremendously. If you read this stuff, thanks John!

Grammar test was at the end and you would really have to screw it up for ECC to say no to you. John told me that what he looks for is what he calls 'presence.' Do you take command of the room once you walk in? If you're timid students will eat you up. You gotta act like a teacher.
