|
|
Hello
Right, before anyone says anything, yes I know all about EF and the bad rap some of their schools have etc
So, I was wondering if anyone has any experience of one of their 'recruitment days' for summer school and permanent schools in the UK. I know there is an induction and a one to one interview but in the midst of it there is also a 'teaching related task.' Has anyone here experienced this with EF? In my experience with other schools these can range from 'you're in a group what would you think was important to consider when teaching a bunch of Japanese kids' to 'get up and do a sample lesson'. Any clues as to what the deal is with them would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

recruitment days for TEFL teaching!! the world has gone mad.
the pay is less the NMW yet they have so many people applying they have to run a recruitment day!!
on a serious note. recruitment days are a good opportunity to make yourself look good as most people will be fairly average. |
