Your opinion on this and the information you have sent me is really helpful. I do appreciate it.

I agree that the National Plus schools may be the first step (I guess we will find out as we apply to all these schools). In fact, as I was looking through the web sites of the international schools, one even said that work at a National Plus school was considered a good background of teaching experience for an application to their school. I guess that each school is different with it's own expectations, depending on their reputation, their clients, and how long they have been around.

From what I can see, the National Plus schools are a wonderful place to teach!
