[size=12]Does anyone have any feedback about this university? How are the EFL Instructors treated? Salary levels for someone with approximately 10 years teaching experience and an MA?

We are treated well. We are trying to recruit a director of prep so we have been getting on with things successfully without one. We are given space and time to work and develop and although our salaries and holidays are not as high/long as other places and because we are treated reasonably well I think on the whole people are content especially in Sharjah where I work. The main campus is in Abu Dhabi. Salaries range and it will depend on whether you are offered Lecturer or Senior Lecturer. Salaries start at around 16,000 Dhs per month + a cash payment per month to cover your housing. The rates are different for Sharjah and AD due to cost of housing.
