Hello, I wonder if anybody could help me. Has anybody ever worked for Kansai International Academy before? If you have, or you still do, what are they like as an employer?

I'm thinking of applying for a position there as I think the programme looks really good as seen on the website.

Any info would be really helpful.

I know nothing about them. A glance at their web site draws these things to my attention.

private health insurance is provided in addition to salary.
What is this? "Private"? Does that mean (like NOVA did) that you pay a slice to the employer for a health insurance plan they subsidize? No way. Get national health. It's the law.

Vacations are comprised of 32 school holidays, 5 personal and sick days, and all National Holidays.
Well, ok, but what is the salary situation for these? By law, after the first 6 months of working for a company, you are obligated to get 10 paid days off for the next 12 months. Paid, mind you.

This position is very competitive in terms of salary, benefits and conditions.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. Numbers, please.
