I'm heading out to Seville on 25th August to start looking for teaching work and I just had a couple of concerns with regards to applying for jobs there.

A little background info about myself:
- I'm a British citizen and native speaker.
- I hold a BA in Ancient History.
- I hold a CELTA with a Pass B grade.
- I speak basic Spanish - nothing advanced, but very simple day-to-day stuff.

I have all that, but unfortunately I have yet to gain any experience teaching and am looking for my first teaching job. On top of that, I don't have any real experience working with kids.

Firstly, do I stand a chance at actually finding a position without experience? I know this is a question that comes up a lot, but I'm growing a little concerned now. I've emailed my C.V. out to 33 schools in and around Seville in the last week and several have emailed me back stating that they are only interested in experienced teachers.

Secondly, with the schools in Seville generally operating between 4:00pm and 10:00pm, will anyone actually be at the schools in the morning to allow me to hand my C.V. in in-person? Or am I better off just hitting the pavement in the evening instead?

I'm at my wit's end with regards to finding a first teaching job. All the jobs I've applied for all year have passed on me due to a lack of experience. I spent several months looking for work in Korea and got a few job offers from shifty schools with dodgy contracts, but all the decent ones passed because of a lack of experience working with kids. All the leads that my CELTA centre provides require ample experience. This is why I've decided to head out to Seville, thinking that if I were there in-person, I may stand more of a shot of getting something, but now I'm getting a wee bit nervous.

If anyone could provide a little guidance or feedback, I'd be truly appreciative.
