When new people post on here they need to specify if the job (recruiter) is for Ministry of Manpower (Tech Colleges: globnet, al nahwa, tati, cecn, bahwan), Ministry of Education (Applied Sciences) or others (private colleges/universities).
These jobs and recruiter are very different in terms of salaries, package, treatment, etc.
I think it will give you a clearer picture if you specify.
