Very nice of you to put this up, chris!
Austria is a tricky issue - we have occasional posters very KEEN to go there...but they never seem to sign in when there is a (rare) opening for them!
Maybe someone will show up in time to take advantage of this one, hopefully!

I posted this because I am quite fond of this program as I am a former participant.

If one is interested, I would encourage them to submit an application and see what happens.

I was an English Teaching Assistant in Niederösterreich from 1998 to 2000 at three different high schools. This was my very first TEFL gig and I greatly appreciated it.

Austria was very good to me--I was already fluent in German so I became more familiar with Austrian German. I also learned how to snowboard. Finally, it allowed me to become much more familiar with good (and not so good) TEFL practices.

Warm regards,
fat_chris
