That is naturally their hope. But that depends on how their schools do in English preparation... a process that has been done very badly up until now.

Then where did these 4000 new students come from, all of whom have to co compulsory English courses>? They said the same of ABP when I was working there and look at it now -CEA accredited and still going strong. (Thanks to the teachers and not the admin,.)
