anyone know anything about EES in Madrid? they run an agency placing teachers in posts in and around Madrid - and also in a travelling theatre company. All sounds very well, but has anyone got any experience of these guys? Sooooooo many crooks and wise guys in the tefl world.
cheers,
jonney. |

I sent some emails to EES and talked to some other TEFLers about them. Nothing more definite I'm afraid, but I did get a good first impression.

Hi Jonney,
Had a bad experience w/ EES Madrid last week. After scheduling a meeting by phone & e-mail w/ the company's owner, he never showed up at his office for our interview. Nor did he contact me on my mobile the whole time I was in Madrid.
I flew in especially for the interview as I'm between jobs, so money was an issue. If I made the effort, he certainly could have too. E for Effort. NOT.
I got a poor excuse for an explanation by e-mail the next day.
Not recommended. |
