Ummm... Taiwan is already independent in terms of jurisdiction and government/military/security control. It's just their official name isn't Taiwan. At the same time, they were never under PRC rule. At least not yet.
Shipping out all the Chinese invaders? Ummm..... Most people are of the Han ethnicity. They make up the majority. And most of them don't even consider themselves to be Chinese. Unless I'm wrong, only one in ten Taiwanese residents call themselves Chinese. |
