I just want to show my apprciation. You might not remember this, but 4-5 years ago I sent you my resume to review and it got me the job. Now I'm coming back to JP but I couldn't have done it without your past guidance.

Basically, what I'm trying to say is that you're the man! (and a real teacher!)

I'm glad to see that you're still around.

I'll add to that:

I have respect for Glenski. I don't always agree with him, and sometimes we have had conflicts, but overall, he is balanced and a good source of information who really does help people.

I'll third that. He is helpful, and I've come to understand why he's so particular, what with people coming here and asking the same questions over and over again. He's like the grandad of these forums.
