Hi all,

I'm trying to find out where and how I get the following documents for my wife's dependent visa.
1. Certificate of residence
2. Certificate of Tax Return or some kind of proof that I'm paying taxes.

I think #2 is 納税証明書, but I am not sure.

I thought that #1 is just the Gaijin card, but the Japanese immigration overseas said that it is not the same.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I called immigration in Tokyo and the Filipino guy on the phone didn't know.
