Tried to google and did a search on Daves but very little info about these guys.

Anyone know if they are legit?

Yes, you need to be certified, though you can be a "certified substitute". The program was originally run by 7th Day Adventists -- the government realized that wasn't working, hired YG.
YG, headed by a fellow named Alex, is a bit sensitive about their authority -- some are quite disappointed the situation is not like their cheerful ads. No golfing at the golf school, no surfing at the surfing school, etc.
They pay on time, usually. Not always. Depends on the school, apparently.What do you want to know?
