Looking at the radiation in seafood it is concerning. I don't know about these fish and their migration patterns, but they could hypothetically go from just off the coast of Fukushima to Osaka.

I asked a lady at AEON about it. She said their fish comes from Kyushu.

I just used Osaka because it was mentioned. Kyushu would also be possible.

The vital part of your post there was "I don't know about fish and their migration patterns". Understanding and giving the appropriate weight to any comments follows on from there.

I don't know why you are replying about a month later.

I am not an Ichthyologist but I do know that fish have been known to cover large distances so going from one part of Japan to another would be possible. I never said that anything was a certainty.

Even if I were, to know the exact migratory patterns of a certain species of fish and then to narrow it down a certain species of fish in a certain area. We know more about the surface of the moon than the ocean. It's also difficult enough to track land animals let alone those in the sea.

It was stated as a precautionary thought.
