Hello everyone,

I was wondering if anyone out there has heard of these guys, English and I. They offer potential teachers the chance to work in Thailand. A Google search reveals very little, except for the website, which doesn't look too bad at all. The fact there aren't any user reviews on the internet could suggest this is a relatively new company.

Of course, being from the other side of the world, I'm trying to determine if this recruiter/company is legitimate. Can anyone offer any insight about this company?

Just one more language academy agency in a country full of them.

You can take your chances from abroad and sign on with them (sight unseen) or just buy a ticket and get on a plane in mid April.

Chances of finding "legal" work (provided you have a legitimate degree) in April and early May are about 100%.

The salary and package are nothing to write home about. Pretty much everyone in Thailand pays about the same for a "green-as-grass" native speaker with a degree.

The only disadvantage is that they are up in Lopburi. Not only are you not near Bangkok, the mountains or the beaches you also have to contend with the monkeys (they may be a tourist attraction but they get real annoying real quick).

Lopburi is roughly about an hour and a half from BKK by van. The Lopburi I am familiar with was a rat hole. If you get a job there, check the drains on the apartment before signing any contract. Make sure you're not going to shower in a nice pool of stopped up water that stays there all day long. Checking the drains is important for all prospective apartments in Thailand.
