Hi guys;
Two quick questions.
1) My employer purchased a return ticket before I came to korea. Now I have decided to stay past the year but at a different school. My contract says that they provide airfair to and from korea.
So the question is, am I gonna be barking up the wrong tree if im looking for cash instead of said ticket??
2) It is my understanding that my employer must provide me with a tax receipt when I finish my employment with them. Will my bonus be included on this receipt??
Thanks in advance |

1) Forget it. They have to give you a ticket home. They don't have to give you the cash equivalent. I doubt they're going to give you anything they don't have to.
2) I would imagine so. Your bonus is part of your income and has to be reported like all your other earnings. |

Someone at my school got the cash instead of the ticket. So, I don't know what your school is like, but it is possible. |
