We have been rather lenient about things on this forum, because it was thought the members would help keep it clean, but it seems like we keep seeing bickering, propaganda type title posts here and there, insulting terms, perhaps trying to use moderators for their own agenda and sending hundreds of reports etc...... This is not acceptable... We aim to be consistent on every forum. Be aware that it won't be one moderator like before watching to ensure the TOS is followed and the peace is kept.
We are not doing this to be hard, we've just had enough of the complaints, the bickering, the deterioration in the forum...
It's not acceptabe.... |

No, Vladimir Putin, but rather ensuringthat the TOS is observed on every forum. Too many have been abusing the trust we put in them about a year ago and getting away with stuff... I, personally, tried to ensure order was maintained, and a level of respect was maintained, but to no avail. That means more than one moderator will have to attend to this forum. People are going to be more accountable for the TOS just like in the other places... It's only fair....

As Rico said, things will change here. Either users stop making this forum into the badlands or some will be noticed by their absences. |

The members of the Mod Team will not engage in explanations or discussions regarding actions we take on the Current Events forum.
Postings that question or are disrespectful of Moderator actions will be deleted and members will be sanctioned. Sanctions can include permanent bans. When a member is banned, it will include his or her iSP.
This is long overdue and anyone who thinks we are kidding about this would be making a mistake. |
