This is an interesting test- instead of just letting you know if you're right-wing or left-wing, it puts you in 4 quadrants:

-Right authoritarian
-Left authoritarian
-Right libertarian
-Left libertarian

Pretty interesting in my books. It also tells you where famous people in the world today and from history stand.

I'm not sure.
Could you please define these four positions?

Economic Left/Right -6.62
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian -2.15

I am slightly more leaning to authoritarism than Ghandi, but other than that have similar values.

I find it kind of interesting as I was considered a hard conservative by my first university's leftist lecturers. I wonder how much I have mellowed since then or whether lifes experiences have just made me more aware of other issues.

Left/Right: -6.12
Libertarian/Authoritarian: -4.51

Pretty close to Ghandi's dot, but a bit less authoritarian. Stop being such a fascist, Ghandi.

Yeah, I forgot to post my score on the first go-round, and now it is slightly different. I think the first test was -6 something and -4, etc., and now it is:

Economic left/right: -5.38
Social lib/author: -5.33
