Is the Itaewon post office open on Saturdays? Also, do they have envelopes available to purchase?

As for envelopes, post offices stock regular envelopes. The only place I've found larger padded envelopes has been LotteMart. Believe me, I've looked everywhere else and LotteMart is the only place for padded envelopes.
