I'm starting to plan my post Korea travels and am looking at Mongolia and Russia. I plan to travel for less than 30 days in each.
Has anyone ever had any experience obtaining a visa for either of these countries while living in Korea? I know I need a letter of invitation for Russia and I'm in the process of obtaining it.
Any help would be great.
Thanks |

I've been on a trip to Mongolia with my gf.
Got the visa easily by post. We are both Irish citizens so I don't know if it's different for Canadians. I just googled the embassy in Seoul and emailed them. This is the email address I managed to track down: [email protected].
Don't know if that's still up to date. They told me all I needed to know from that address. |

I seem to remember somebody saying in an earlier thread that the Russian (or was it Mongolian) embassy is pretty difficult to find.
OP, if you do a search (Russia, Mongolia etc.) you should get some good stuff. I've read fairly detailed descriptions of how to get a visa for Russia on this forum |
