I want to get a pay-as-you-go Internet service via WiFi for my home computer in Seoul (no subscription). Is there such a thing? I've heard of KT's Egg service which charges me W16,000/month to use their wireless Internet. They give me this little device (size of a A/C remote) and I leave it next to my computer. My computer receives the wifi signal from this device.
Has anyone used this? |

Why didn't you like it? Could you watch Youtube videos and download files with it? Were there any hidden fees?

It's good at what it does. Downloading and watching youtube.. speed is good when it works. It disconnects when you move around or get bad wireless reception. Sometimes the egg stops working when it overheats.. Basically it's good for the frugal road warriors. ah hidden fess? taxes. |
