| Oh, that's a great site alongway. It's interesting to see the fluctuations. Also very helpful with keeping tabs on the conversion rate. I tend to do a very rough conversion in my head, basically 1000 won to 1 USD. But in actuality it's more in my favor and apparently improving the past few months. |

No. Your income is relevant to the country you live in - in terms of goods and services. Once you leave, the exchange rate determines the worth of your money in terms of the goods and services of the country you're moving to. |

A couple of your saving tips dont make much sense.
Haircuts here are so cheap here, why would you bother buying hair kits etc. plus the time involved?? 6-7000 won at Blue Club is fine for most men
Not exactly breaking the bank. Back home its double/triple that
and as far as alcohol, how can you beat 1000won soju is thats your liking to get drunk for cheap? Mak-go-lee too Even in the restaurants those two are cheap at about 3-4000 won |

Hair cuts are cheap here and in America. I brought my clippers with me and I'm glad I did. I tried to ask them to take it down really short but they just never would. So now I do it myself and save the money. |

insk was right, I've lived in American cities dwarfed in size by Seoul yet haircuts are 2 to 4x more expensive in the US.
Now that this is settled, on to the rising price of gimbap. |

| OP= Original Poster. I like your videos, I've been watching them for awhile. Does Busan feel like a big city in the US? Is it comparable to any US cities you can think of, in feel, or size? |
