Is there any way to disable those irritating Korean ads from Youtube? It really gets on my wick when I click on a link to watch a cool music video, and I am forced to sit through 15 agonizing seconds of that blond bearded, halfwit *beep* Noh Hung Chul and his amazingly unfunny cohorts. |

You could try adblock. I remember hearing that it works with youtube. I don't know if it still does, though. |

No it doesn't - as far as I use both. You need to clicky on the little red symbol at the bottom of the tv 'screen' at the start. |

Look in the Google Chrome Web store. They have a youtube add blocking app. I use it, can't remember the name off hand, but it has all kinds of features. It's called Youtube Options for Google.
There is also AdBlock and ScrewAds available. |

The best way to disable Korean ads is to go to Vietnam. But then you'd have Vietnamese ads, then you'd have to go to Thailand, but then you'd have Thai ads. You want English only ads? Go to an English speaking country. No ads at all? Ain't gonna happen bubba.
They run off your IP address. I suppose you could use a VPN to change the language of your ads but you'll still have ads. |

This is nonsense. Just install Adblock on Chrome. No more Ads (Korean or otherwise) |

So adblock does it. My friend kept complaining of getting ads. Yet I never seem to ever have them. I have used adblock for years, so that must be it. |

I run AdblockPlus on Chrome and no adverts at all.
Once in a while on some sites a window will try to pop up but then is automatically closed down.
Anything to avoid No Hong-chol, Bak Myung-su etc. |
