The 3 or 4 I've been to in Seoul all did. And this was a few years ago. I think it's a good bet that a large portion of them do everywhere. Enjoy the free kimchi. |

I did a month in a goshiwon before i started work. It was actually an amazing time. Free kimchi and hot rice all the time is good. But also it was nice to have a small place. Almost 0 cleaning needed, and since it was small I was out all day.. I wasnt working, I walked around almost all of Busan, up mountains, down every tiny alley, into every traditional market, and a few dozen PC rooms.. That month is one I'll never forget - all good! |

I'm assuming since Daniel had such a blast that his place accepted cards too. |

Mine charges 400,000 a month and NO free kimchi! Just free rice. Check out the bed before you buy, you may too tall. |

Ah, mine charged 300,000 with all you can eat kimchi and rice prepared in the kitchen. I paid cash though so not sure on the cards. I bet they would have accepted cards though. If you are there for 2 months and are paying 600,000 or more, who is gonna want to do that in cash? |

i def enjoy the free kimchi and rice but not the paper thin walls, the hitting the snooze on the alarm clock 7 times, the loud talking on cell phones, and the slamming of doors >_< |

Don't do it in the summer or winter unless you enjoy the elements. They can be hotter than you know during the summer and cold as a you know during the winter. Also, take my advice, and be the first one in the shower in the morning. I don't care if you have to get up at 4 am. Be first. You'll understand. |
