I have a D10 Visa and a new contract.
I want to apply for my new E2 Visa.
Do I have to return to the same Immigration Office that transferred me from E2 to D10, or can I go to any place in the country.
PS- Is it possible to Skype Immigration (1345)? I'm getting 'Invalid number.' |

Do not know exactly, but I would say no. As as long you have the requirements /paperwork I think any immi office will do a trasnfer.
As to the number have you considered adding 02 to the front. Also check to see if you are using the right country code. Sometimes that can help. Another idea is search the immigration web pages and find a direct full number to use. |

NO.
You have to change back at the Kimmi office that has jurisdiction over your NEW place of residence.
Example...
My last teaching job was with Gyeonggi education office.
The school was in Gwangju - Gyeonggi-do.
My residence is in Bundang (Seohyun Station area).
The Suwon office (who has jurisdiction over Gwangju) was responsible for the paperwork PRIOR to registration as a foreigner (getting the ARC).
Because my residence was in Bundang I had to get my ARC changed over at the Seoul main office in Omokyo.
