I have an LG phone that suddenly stopped working. Just says "no service." Won't ring, won't call anyone. I live in Haebangchon. What can I do or where can I go to get this fixed TODAY?! |

Yes. But WHERE is an LG repair shop? Yongsan or Itaewon works well... |

Overdue bill? After a couple skipped months, they block outgoing calls.
In my town, seems like one in three storefronts is a phone shop. Just go in any that features Uplus on their sign & they'll be able to steer you to an A/S center, if thats what it needs. If its a billing problem, they can access your account & you can take care of it on the spot. |

It's not an overdue bill. They do an automatic withdrawal from my bank account.
One minute it worked, the next minute it didn't. The applications all seem to work, I just can't call out or text or receive calls/texts.
Argh. I'm getting the run-around from LG. Does anyone know an ENGLISH-SPEAKING service/repair center in Yongsan?! |

I'm pretty positive there's an LG center in Yongsan... 6-8 level, probably 8. I was there a couple weeks ago and definitely think that's the place to go. Take the little green bus #3 from the underpass near HBC. |

You mean the I-Mart or whatever? The Yongsan electronic mall? |

I guess so... but I don't know what either of those things are The Yongsan E-Mart is on the right and the place I'm talking about is connected to it on the left... make sense? |

Official LG repair centers relevant to you:
Yongsan: Unit 43, 3rd floor of New Wing(신관) of ET Land(전자랜드) mall, weekdays 0900-1800 / Saturdays 0900-1300
Jongno: 7th floor, Alpha Building, 100m west of Jonggak station exit 6, weekdays 1000-1900 / Saturdays 1000-1400
Gangnam Express Bus Terminal: LG 'bestshop' across from Central City / Mebox entrance, weekdays 0900-1800 / Saturdays 0900-1300
The easiest for you to get to from HBC is, ironically, the bottom one by bus 143 & 401. |
