Sorry I don't know why I added a "don't" there. I meant you are well proportioned.

My english has gone to the crapper. That's the reason for the confusion. I meant what I meant to say, which is you look good. Not in a gay way.

I really want to see a chest press video from you, cap. I feel like such a weakling in the chest press. Can't for the life of me rep 100 kg for bench. What assistance exercises do you do for your bench and squats? I do Smolov Jr for bench, and have been doing tricep and back work for assistance, i.e. kroc rows, narrow grip pullups, tricep pull downs. Trying to get to a 100 kg bench before New Years, but I maxed by 2 repping 95 kg, barely got the second rep, and failing 100 kg, almost got 1 but died before I could lock it up. I get 8 hours of sleep, and eat at maintenance on workout days, and below maintenance on off days. Maybe trying to drop some lbs is affecting strengh gains?

If you're looking for a workout energy boost, try SuperPump Max...

Whoh. After just a 1/2 scoop this morning I was ready to run thru a brick wall, after the full 1 scoop jammed thru the full hour workout like it was nothing, could have done 90 minutes. Can't imagine ever doing the 3 scoop suggested maximum. Shocked

Ninja, yeah, I actually stack it with Animal Pump on some days... very... intense. lol

Jyang, I'm going to try to film a chest day this week. My training partner is moving soon, so that'll be the end of the vids for a bit, I think.

-----------------------

So, a minor set back - had a weird stomach flu over the weekend - made we weak as a kitten. Couldn't keep anything down.. well, it went down all right, but blew right through me.

But, always trying to stay positive, at least my stomach was empty for an ab shot. lol

Is that stuff loaded with caffeine, though? I bought a pre-workout supplement once not knowing it was loaded with caffeine. Not good for someone who already drinks a few cups of coffee every day, I'll tell you. One time, before I realized it was loaded with caffeine, my pulse shot up to over 180 and I wasn't even doing cardio. My life flashed before my eyes. Laughing

There's some with, some without - gotta check those labels, for sure.

Actually, I think it may hit me harder than it does someone like you - I never drink coffee. So when I do have caffeine, it hits me pretty hard. Anything after 4pm, and I can't sleep.

I never bought that supplement again. I workout in the evenings, so even after I moderated how much coffee I drank on my workout days, the supplement was enough to keep me up later than I would normally do just from the endorphin rush.

Now, I mainly use l-arginine and creatine as a pre-workout.

Researched before I bought it, the label does not disclose, but the word is around 100mg / scoop. A double espresso is around 150mg, so I just skip the coffee on workout day...got a good pump this morning and feel plenty enough awake for the nerdy numbers work I do (or surfing the internet). Three scoops would be a quad espresso, which is going way too far in my book.

But it's a lot more than just caffine in there, it's like instant "beast mode", and it lasts all day. Shocked

Yep. I had one scoop at 7am yesterday and by 8pm I was still semi-pumped up!! But not a problem sleeping at 10pm. But certainly wouldn't drink it in the evenings.

Yup, if I take it for an evening workout, my sleep is fooked.

That's why I stick with creatine and l-arginine, two of the main ingredients of many of those pre-workout supplements.
