Hi,

Does anyone know if an f3 spousal visa attachs to the d10 visa in the same way as it does with the e2 visa.

Myself and my wife are currently on the e2 and f3 visas respectively, but I will probably need a d10 early in the new year while looking for a new job.

Many Thanks

As her sponsor, as long as YOUR status remains valid then she can keep/extend the F3 (dependent family visa).

Your employment is not one of the criteria for her F3.
Your valid status and ability to support her are.
