new years again, trying to get in shape. i'm looking for cheap protein powder, not the rip-off prices they have at my gym.
there was a site that delivered to korea, but can't find it in the search function. anyone have good online delivery for supplements? |

the site is http://www.iherb.com/ if anyone is wondering now that i've rendered my own post useless. $4 shipping, yay. if you use code OWA832 it's 5$ off ur order. |

Yeah, IMO that's the best site for small purchases - beware the weight limit though. |

Do a search on Gmarket or 11st for WPC, WPI or WPH if you can read Korean well enough. You'll be able to find 2-3kg of protein powder for 45-65 000 won, which isn't a terrible price. |
