For sale is a comfy futon. It's adjustable 3 ways, flat for sleeping, mid way for a relaxed seating, or upright.

We originally paid 150,000, but are asking for less than half. This comes from a CLEAN home, no pets, no smoking, and no weird smells. The legs can be screwed off so it sits flat on the ground. The best part about this futon is that the cover is washable, so if you ever need to get it cleaned, just rip it off and throw it in the washer. We've washed it a few times, not because it seemed dirty, but because...why not?

Actually, no. The place we're moving to is right next door, and we have absolutely no furniture, yet. So, there's going to be room to store it until we do sell it.
