2 or 3 minutes. As long as it takes to hang up the phone and get back to looking.
An interview is just that. An interview. They are not committed to you and you have no commitment to them yet (even if they said, "You're hired").
Nothing is final till you have a visa in your passport and you are on the plane (and even then things have occasionally been known to fall through).
You can usually stop looking when you have a contract in hand and a visa confirmation number applied for.
