I was wondering what the average tutoring rate for elementary, middle-school, high-school student is (Seoul and Ilsan to be more specific). I know people charge less for groups.

FYI:

Discussions of illegal activities (tutoring in Korea while on an E2 as an example) are prohibited on the board.
