Hi all,
For rent is a villa in Hongdae, right near the park and main gate, about a 5 or so minute walk from both Sangsu Station and Hongik Univ. Station.

You're given the option of whether you want to pay the deposit in full and live rent-free, or pay a percentage of the deposit and pay monthly... that's about as flexible as it gets 
It's a 2 bedroom apartment, so if you wanted to sublet a room to make money, or split the cost with a roommate (friend or SO), you can do that as well.

| The owner originally wanted 125-130 but was talked down to 120. so the answer is no, non-negotiable. |
