Hi.

I'm interested in seeing the remains of the British naval base and graves at Port Hamilton, which can be read about here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Port_Hamilton

Can anyone advise me the best way of doing this?

Looks like Yeosu in Cheollanamdo is the only way in and out-- here's a link with the schedules, and more general info in Korean.

While a pretty long and not too cheap ride (2 hours, 40,000 won- hopefully round-trip!), the experience of taking one if you never have is worth it alone. The island maybe $_hite, the trip back and forth wont!
