I am leaving Korea for the month of June and am offering my entire apartment to someone. It is big, furnished, 2 bedrooms and a big living room with two couches and a new flat screen TV (and cable) and air conditioner. The kitchen is great, big, an actual OVEN (rare in Korea!), microwave, fridge, and all the dishes/pots and pans you'll need. I also have a lot of spices you are free to use, if you're into cooking.

The master bedroom is bigger and more comfortable, There's plenty of space to put your things, and a wardrobe, desk, bedside table, etc.

The other bedroom is smaller, smaller bed, etc.

The apartment was just fully renovated... new floors, new walls, new doors. Also a totally new bathroom (with a brand new REAL bathtub!) with new sink, new toilet, new floor and appliances (no pictures yet).

The rent is 650,000W, plus 10,000W for water. You will also pay utilities... internet/cable, oil, electricity. My apartment stays cool in the summer, so you probably won't need the air conditioner. Utilities will probably be 100,000 - 150,000.
