Apple thunderbolt cable, different version or what?

Hi all!
Could someone explain the difference between Apple Thunderbolt Cable:
MD861FE/A and MD861ZM/A

for sale in Korea only this one: MD861FE/A

but in US already the new version: MD861ZM/A

Korean Apple Store vendors suppose that is the same cable version and refer to the 1FE labeling, they claim that it's for Korea. Question Question
